All customers have the right to cancel their order within 7 working days after the date of delivery. We must have notification by e-mail of your intention to cancel within 7 working days from delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns authorisation that you must quote when returning the goods. Please provide details of your order, full name, and if the item is faulty, provide a brief description of the issue/s.
Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. If these conditions are not met by our customers, the item ordered will be returned to you at your expense.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from authorisation.
We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items after the 7 days - if your handset/gift develops a software/material fault after this period of time please contact our support staff who will aim to repair/replace the goods for you.
Each handset is individually hand tailored, and due to such nature in engineering, is a bespoke item.
Bespoke & customised items within our portfolio are not eligible for refunds.
Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned unused.
